A glimpse into one schools virtual learning journey
Covid-19 has impacted all of us in different ways. At the AKES Academy Nairobi, Junior School, the lockdown threw students, parents and staff into a situation for which nobody was prepared; but the teachers and leadership of the school were adamant learning must continue. With dedication and commitment they began virtual learning classes within a very short time. Zoom and Seesaw became students’ virtual classroom for lesson completion, task evidencing, resource collection and collaboration.

As the world comes together to defeat the pandemic, we invite you to celebrate with the students, parents and teachers of the AKES Junior Academy Nairobi, as they continue their online journey and work to achieve educational milestones for their students.
