The Aga Khan School, Chapali is over three decades old. The school started in 1985 as a primary school with just 64 students, situated in a Jamatkhana with a single teacher. It has since been upgraded to a middle school in 1992, a high school in 1996 and a K-12 School in 2019.
The school serves over 400 students, 45% of which are female. English is the medium of instruction and the school teaches pre-primary through high. There are 19 teachers present, and the building boasts a total of 11 classrooms.
The school teaches an enhanced version of the national curriculum, and is affiliated with the Aga Khan University Education Board.
The school offers professional development to all its staff, taking place once a month for 6 hours each, totaling 72 hours per year.
