Here is the key information for a smooth admissions process:

Online Process

1. Complete the online application form.
2. Please ensure that the following documents are uploaded in PDF format with the online application form:
   • Photocopy of the student’s birth certificate and Aadhaar Card (to be provided later if not available at the time of completing the online form).
   • School leaving certificate (to be provided later if not available at the time of completing the online form).
   • Photocopy of the student’s previous and current report card.
   • Photocopy of proof of address and parent's Pan Card.
   • Passport size digital photograph of the student.
3. After submitting the online application form, an email with a payment link for the fees will be sent to you, if there are places available in the grade that you have applied for. Parents are kindly requested to make the necessary payment online.

In-School Process

1. Complete the printed application form.
2. Please submit the printed application form along with the following documents to the school office:
   • Photocopy of the student’s birth certificate and Aadhaar Card (to be provided later if not available at the time of submitting the form).
   • School leaving certificate (to be provided later if not available at the time of submitting the form).
   • UDISE Number (Unified District Information System for Education) from the student’s current school.
   • Photocopy of the student’s previous and current report card.
   • Photocopy of proof of address and parent's Pan Card (original to be provided for verification).
   • Three passport size photographs of the student.
3. Please submit a cheque or cash with the fees for June and the first term to the school office. Please write the name of your ward and contact number on the back of the cheque.

Admission will only be confirmed once the necessary documents are provided and the fees for the month of June and the first term are paid. The school encourages parents to adhere to the principles and policies of the school.

Age Criteria for Preschool

• Nursery: 3 years and above as of 1st June
• Junior Kindergarten: 4 years and above as of 1st June
• Senior Kindergarten: 5 years and above as of 1st June

Preschool Admission Process

• The school admissions policy is transparent, merit based and non-discriminatory.
• Parent orientation sessions will be conducted by the Principal and Section Heads, presenting the vision and core values of the school, followed by AKSC’s achievements.
• Parents and the student are requested to come to the school on a designated day and time for a one-to-one meeting.
• Parents may choose to apply for admission online or at the school by following the relevant process (either the online process or the in-school process).
